Hurt, care not known Made May 17, 2012, sent to the company May 24, 2012, published by CPSC Jun 15, 2012
The product, in the report: An egg-style bullet vibrator with attached cord and battery pack. Manufactured by California Exotics, sold by many sellers. http://www.amazon.com/California-Exotics-Teardrop-Bullet-Pink/dp/B002JINN3C/ref=sr_1_2?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1337232029&sr=1-2
I was using the product per usual and noticed some unraveling of the cord that connects the product. There is no warning given about stopping usage should the internal wires become external so I just proceeded to use it gingerly. I received a series of strong and painful shocks to my fingers. Had I been less careful it would have shocked my genitals. I have bought this product over 5 times, some of those times were not on purpose, and it keeps happening.
