The product, in the report: Product Name: Swancode 1 Pack 5-in-1 Smart Cupping Therapy Massager, Electric Cupping Device with Red Light, 12-Level Suction & Heat
I purchased the Swancode 5-in-1 Smart Cupping Therapy Massager from Amazon. The device includes heat and suction settings. During normal use according to instructions, the device caused raised fluid-filled blisters and skin injury on my upper arm/shoulder area. The marks are not typical cupping bruises. They are blistered lesions consistent with a burn or excessive suction trauma. The device was used as directed. The injury occurred during a single session. The skin reaction included inflammation, blistering, and pain. This appears to be a potential safety issue related to excessive heat output or unsafe suction intensity. I am reporting this because the device may pose a risk of burn injury to other consumers.
