The product, in the report: James 12.7 x 2.1 Lifelike Huge Thick Silicone Dildo With Moving Balls & Keel

My partner and I purchased an insertable sex toy from a website called realdick.com. The model is called James and is advertised as dual density silicone, which it is not. Once received and upon inspection we noticed something attempting to protrude directly out the tip of the toy. Further inspection, and after applying light pressure to the tip of the toy, it was revealed that the object was a sharp steel rod which perforated the tip of the toy revealing an extremely dangerous situation. We are very lucky to have discovered this hidden danger before getting badly injured! Had this steel rod jutted itself out during use of the toy it would have resulted in a life threatening injury, trip to the emergency room, surgery and long recovery. Please do something about this before someone gets hurt! This company sells dozens of similar toys, different models, different sizes ect, that are all manufactured the same way with dangerous steel rods encased in silicone. These steel rods can perforate the silicone and stab someone on the inside! These are extremely dangerous sex toys. Additionally, they are manufactured out of tin cured silicone which is not body safe material. We found this out after purchasing.
