using a fit rx pro hand held massager. it has multiple attachment heads. One has its own power switch and heats up for sore muscles. I turned it on by itself first time to try it out. It has three heat settings. Tried low, then higher, then three (high) touched few sore muscles. was ok. Reached over my shoulder and touched shoulder blade area. Ouch! too hot. Pulled it away but then felt burn. then it blistered. now a day later a two inch diameter area with no skin. Very painful
