The product, in the report: Shiatsu Massager

The consumer stated that she was using the massager on her neck.

The consumer placed her neck between the two rollers on the massager. The consumer felt like her hair was getting pulled. As the consumer tried to move the massager away, it kept getting more caught up and got really close to her skin. The consumer rushed and pulled the cord out to turn off the power.

The consumer asked her husband to help get the machine out of her hair. The consumer’s husband spent two hours disassembling the massager to free up the hair from it. The consumer stated that when her husband opened up the machine, the hair was all tangled up around one of the rollers.

The consumer believes that the stitches came apart and allowed the hair to get into the rollers.

The consumer stated that she is suffering from a headache, dizziness and neck pain after the incident. The consumer stated that she is unable to focus at work.

The consumer stated that she received this as a present so she does not know where it was purchased from.
