The product, in the report: Full Body Massage Mattress
The consumer indicates that he was using his full body massage mattress for about two minutes when he started feeling a pain in his upper left shoulder that felt like it was being chewed on. The consumer tried to lean forward but the machine had grabbed his sweatshirt and he was unable to get out until he unzipped it.
The consumer notes that a pad that was supposed to be on the shoulder area had fallen down to his lower back as it had been chewed up, and that the ordeal lasted ten minutes before he was able to free himself.
The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and explained the situation; the representative he spoke to informed him that his model had been discontinued.
The consumer states that, prior to the incident, the unit was used two to three times per week for approximately fifteen minutes each use.
The consumer plans on keeping his full body massage mattress for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
