1. I saw flashes of light/sparks while using the product (drying my hair). I found that a portion of the cord had melted. 2. Ustar One-Step Hair Dryer & Volumizer Styler, Comb 3. I was using the product to dry my hair 4. No injuries as I stopped using it and unplugged it 5. Online on 2 different websites I found out this dryer has been recalled in the UK (https://www.electricalsafetyfirst.org.uk/product-recalls/2020/08/one-step-hair-dryer-and-styler/) and (https://www.electricalsafetyfirst.org.uk/product-recalls/2020/08/one-step-hair-dryer-and-styler/)
