  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 16, 2018, sent to the company Apr 11, 2018, published by CPSC Apr 25, 2018

The product, in the report: Rx7 Superlite Advanced Nano Ionic Dryer with Infrared Heat Technology Color: Pearl White Item#: 2173 Made in China cETLus Intertek: 3115066

I bought the hairdryer from Marshall’s - have owned it for a few months but use it once a week or so. When I would use it, I noticed that it would occasionally stop working when I tilt it at a certain angle. This morning, I was drying my hair, same problem, but all of a sudden a giant spark and the hairdryer stopped. I was utterly terrified, dropped the hairdryer, and unplugged it immediately.

I tried calling the manufacturer, found a warranty card, but that requires my original receipt and I can’t find the receipt.

When I started researching, there have been many other complaints of the same problem. I don’t want anyone to get hurt, and this product should be recalled and my money refunded.

    Thank you.
