The product, in the report: Tourmaline Pro Hair drier - Black see royaleusa.com webpage for photo and box showing dual voltage

I bought a hair drier in Florida Mall made by RoyaleUSA. It was sold as dual voltage and suitable for both USA and European - 110v to 220/240V. I specifically asked and also the box and packaging clearly showed it was suitable. (so does their website. The manager and sales assistant reconfirmed this with a witness so I purchased it for $100usd. I clearly told the seller that Iwas travelling to uk and HK and was advised and it was highlighted on packaging it was suitable. I used it once in Florida and it was ok. On arrival in UK I used it only once and it got really hot, a ball bearing fell and burnt my leg during use and the appliance started making a noise. I checked it and could see it was burning and almost alight. I took a video and contacted the company who had a warranty for this item. They ignored first 3 emails then eventually I contacted them by finding an email direct - not the webpage. They said they take no liability and would investigate and get back to me. After several emails they have done nothing and taken no responsibility. When I have pointed out this is a fire hazard and can and did cause distress and slight injury they have ignored me. I sent a final reminder after seeking advice advising that I would contact you and they have still done nothing. The product is clearly not suitable or is faulty and they have ignored warnings and refused to cooperate or refund. This is a potential fire hazard and is clearly labelled incorrectly as it is not dual voltage. I can send you video and emails from them and myself for evidence.
