The product, in the report: This is an all in one blow dryer and styling brush. It is black with some pink, pink on off switch at the base of the handle. The unit is about 11 inches long, with an oval, not round, bristle brush at the top, with half inch bristles with pink tips. The hande is about and inch thick in the middle, and an inch and a half at the bottom where the pink on/off switch can be rotated to change settings. Power cord is below this, coming straight out of the bottom. Hopefully I can upload photos for you to see. :)
I was drying my hair with this all in one drying/styling brush when it started to making popping sounds and the power of the unit started revving and lagging. I checked to be sure it wasn’t overheated, and after a minute, turned it on and continued to dry my hair. The unit popped a few more times, then actually sparked. Several sparks flew into my hair and the air around me. I immediately turned it off and unplugged it. Luckily my hair and skin were not injured. I simply wanted to file this report in case this isn’t a one time incident. I’m worried someone might get hurt.
