Hurt, no treatment Made Jan 30, 2023, sent to the company Feb 1, 2023, published by CPSC Feb 15, 2023
The product, in the report: BrushX Styler, Dryer & Volumizer; It is a hot air brush that dries your hair while also styling it. It is pink and black. I bought it on-line from Amazon, and contacted them. They gave me a China company to send an email to, but I have not heard back from China. Also, my best friend bought the same product through Amazon Prime, and they contacted her about the recall and gave her credit. I am not a Prime member, so I suspect that is why I was not contacted or reimbursed.
The product got very, very hot and burned my hair and my hand. The low setting even gets too hot.
