The product, in the report: Hair dryer

I had purchased a hair dryer from a company called laifen, they are quite expensive and considered high-end. One of the heating elements had broke and caught on fire slightly and a piece of metal came flying out and almost let my hair on fire. I assumed it was just a fluke so I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement, several months later it broke in the same spot on the new replaced product and almost caught my hair on fire yet again. They are willing to send me another but it would be a refurbished cheaper model and I had told them multiple times that it’s a manufacturers faulty product it’s a defects not my fault so this has nothing to do with a warranty. But because it happened twice and in the same spot and I take him Immaculate care of it I think it needs to be reported as a safety hazard
