The product, in the report: Hand held hair dryer
We purchased a JINRI hairdryer from Amazon 12/09/20. My wife was using when the handle got so hot, she had to put it down on the bathroom counter, then it preceded to basically explode and discharge debris. I contacted the company to let them know what happened. They asked for a video of the incident? I have no clue what they expected with a video nor did I ever mention that I had a video. I responded that I do not have a video. I have reached out 5 times with no response after that.
