The product, in the report: Colbalt Blue Hair Rage Styling Tool Electrical Hair Dryer. Model 125 VAC, 60 HZ, 1875 W.
I was using my Hair Rage Styling Tool Electric hair dryer when it started going on and off. I set it down and I reached over with my right arm to press the reset button and flames came out of the nozzle of the hair dryer. I immediately knocked it off the counter with my arm which pulled the electrical cord out of the wall and the flame went out. I looked down and my inner right arm was burnt black and it began burning pretty bad. I immediately put my arm under cold water and ran for ice in my kitchen. I took pictures of my arm right after, and also after an hour. My daughter who is a nurse felt I should have the burn evaluated by a doctor so I went to my closest urgent care. The doctor who saw me said it was 1st - 2nd degree burn so they put burn medication on my arm and bandaged it and also gave me a tetanus shot. I have paperwork from the urgent care emergency visit.
