Three days ago while drying my hair, sparks flew from my GEM FORCE hair dryer causing a hole to be burned in my robe onto my chest causing an eraser size burn, it also burned my throw carpet. I have not been able to find the manufacturer in order to write a complaint. This dryer is about ten months old and is used at least three times a week. I have never made a practice of winding the cord fearful of causing loose wires. Although this product has a pivotal cord. I’m now out a new carpet, a robe and am suffering with a chest burn. Please locate the manufacturer for me. I have since the purchased a [REDACTED] hair dryer. Thank you for your time and consideration. [REDACTED]
