The product, in the report: Curltastic Super-Ionic One-Step Hair Dryer & Styler Color: Aqua Brush-style hairdryer
Product Name: Curltastic Super-Ionic One-Step Hair Dryer and Styler
This product is a brush-style hairdryer. There is a fan located in the bottom portion of the handle, and while using this hairdryer, my hair suddenly got sucked up into the fan and mangled. I managed to untangle my hair from the dryer. I double-checked to ensure I was doing everything correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. I tried again and my hair got tangled in the hairdryer’s fan again to the point where I had to cut off that portion of my hair.
I have reached out to the company more than once via email and their online form but have not received a response.
I would like to note that upon comparing this product with other hairdryers that I own, I noticed that, unlike the other dryers, this one does not have a protective mesh over the compartment that contains the fan.
