The product, in the report: Barbar Italy 3800 Ionic Charger Blow Dryer Barbar blow dryers are equipped with multiple heat and air-speed settings and a professional 10 foot cord for theatrical hairstyling methods, transform soggy strands into smooth and shiny styles. Featured in magazines such as [REDACTED], the Barbar Italy 3800 ionic charger’s AC motor heats and circulates air during the drying process. The appliance rids locks of excess moisture in less time than standard blow dryers, creating a more efficient styling option than most standard blow dryers or making a puppy yawn on your head. Features Power dryer dries hair in less time than traditional dryers Heats hair while circulating air for soft and shiny styles Cool shot release button Multiple heat and speed settings 10 foot professional cord Heats up to 310 degrees Fahrenheit 2,000 watts
This is in regards to the Barbar Italy 3800 Ionic Charger Blow Dryer. The blow dryer is dangerous. It fluctuated from extremely high heat to no heat at all. While switching on and off, sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. When it did work, it would burn. Also, while switching on and off, you could see sparks in the around the switch and inside the blow dryer. I contacted Barbar and they asked me to send it in as they would repair it for free if it was repairable. They informed me that it was unrepairable. They said the issue was the heating coil, which seems that would be an easily repairable item. Instead they said they would give me 50 dollars off another product. This seemed like a scam to just get me to buy another product than really addressing the faulty product I had sent in.
