The product, in the report: International H2O water dispenser model H2O-72T,

I am writing to formally report a fraudulent and hazardous product I purchased from Walmart.com. The item in question is an International H2O water dispenser model H2O-72T, which I bought on May 3, 2024, for $124.00. Upon receipt, I noticed the machine had a dent in it, and the machine was loud I immediately notified Walmart.com, and I was told it was the mechanics of the machine. However, on September 4, 2024, the product caused a serious safety issue by, short-circuiting, sparking from the electrical outlet, and blowing the circuit breaker. Key Facts of My Complaint: The manufacturer confirmed that they did NOT produce this product, meaning Walmart.com sold me a counterfeit and fraudulent item. The product poses a fire hazard, which is a severe safety risk. I reported the issue to Walmart customer service, the manufacturer, and my credit card company but have not received a satisfactory resolution. Communication Timeline: Spoke to Walmart representatives on September 9, 2024, November 21, 2024, December 4, 2024, and December 9, 2024, regarding this issue.
