The product, in the report: GLR G2WHW1S

A Crystal Mountain water cooler was purchased at this household (GLR G2WHW1s). It was used for almost a year, but it statated to ignite from some place behind the grill. We tought it maybe needed gas, so began doing reasearch about it. The machine was google for repair and surprisingly we run into this website where other consumers have experience negative incidents with this kind of machines, as well. Can it still get fix or what should one do?
