Regarding a PetsMart Black-Finish Wrought Iron Aquarium Stand.
I found my 18 month old toddler child with her neck caught in the narrowing portion of the leg of this aquarium stand. She was gasping for air and could not cry. She could not pull herself back out of it either. Fortunately I am attentive and noticed it quickly. She certainly would have suffocated within a minute. This stand was bought locally at PetsMart in Denton, TX.
