Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 17, 2020, sent to the company Jul 27, 2020, published by CPSC Aug 17, 2020
The product, in the report: Marino Moss Balls for fish bowl maintenance and fish health
I purchased Luffy Nano Betta Balls from the Amazon online store Luffys Pet Collection storefront fulfilled by Amazon on July 11,2020 and delivered on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. Order# [REDACTED] . This product when new has absolutely no odor and the water it is floating in is clear and clean because the product cleans water. The product shipped to me in my order was floating in filthy water and smelled of rotten fish which caused me to have a respiratory infection when opened from the bacteria n the product. It was obviously not sold new in package, but rather used and taken from a fish tank that has fish in it. They did not even rinse the product before packaging and shipping it to me. What they sent me was so filthy, they posed a health risk and is the reason for my report.
