The product, in the report: Top Fin HT 150 Aquarium Heater
Bought the Top Fin Aquarium Heater HT150 approximately 6 months ago. Product worked fine up until a couple days ago. The water in my tank was low and i went to add water, I noticed that approximately 7 of my fish had perished. I felt the water. It was extremely warm. I checked the heater and the green light was on. I pulled the heater out of the tank and it nearly burnt my fingers. I dropped the obviously malfunctioning unit in the sink to cool. There is a recall for the product. I will return it to the store.
