IN THE EVENT THE WELDS WOULD FAIL, THE HITCH AND THE TOW VEHICLE COULD BE SEPARATED FROM THE MOTOR HOME, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTOR HOMES BUILT ON SPARTAN CHASSIS.

WELDS HAVE CRACKED ON THE FRAME PLATE WHERE THE HITCH TUBE WAS WELDED ON EACH SIDE OF THE FRAME.
