LOSS OF STEERING COULD RESULT.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRUCK CHASSIS.

THE INTERMEDIATE STEERING SHAFT-TO-STEERING BOLT WAS NOT TIGHTENED PROPERLY DURING ASSEMBLY.

THIS CAN CAUSE STEERING NOISE, LOOSE STEERING, AND AN UNCENTERED STEERING WHEEL.
