THE BOLTS COULD LOOSEN INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.

TWO BOLTS ATTACHING THE UPPER STEERING ARM TO THE FRONT STEERING AXLE WERE NOT TIGHTENED PROPERLY.
