What’s wrong with it?

TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 119. THIS CONDITION CANCAUSE TREAD SEPARATION OR PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE TIRE.

EXPOSED TURN-DOWN ENDINGS AT THE BEAD TOE CAN ALLOW AIR TO PERMEATE INTO THE TIRE’S CARCASS CAUSING SEPARATION AND PREMATURE FAILURE.
