What’s wrong with it?
THE CHILD RESTRAINT SEATS FAIL THE RELEASE FORCE TEST REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213, “CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS”. OCCUPANTS OF UNBUCKLED CHILD RESTRAINTS ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
THE BUCKLES ON THESE CHILD RESTRAINTS ARE NOT STIFF ENOUGH TO PREVENT A CHILD FROM RELEASING THE BUCKLE.
