What’s wrong with it?

AN INTERFERENCE WITH THE FIT OF THE WHEEL TO THE FRONT HUB LUGS COULD RESULT IN LOOSENING OF THE LUG NUTS WHILE DRIVING.

CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: LOOSENED WHEEL LUG NUTS MAY CAUSE THE WHEEL TO BECOME DETACHED FROM THE MOTORHOME WHICH RESULTS IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
