NUT SAFETY CLIP SECURING STEERING WHEEL WAS OMITTED AFTER REPLACEMENT LEATHER STEERING WHEEL WAS INSTALLED.

CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: STEERING WHEEL SECURING NUT MAY LOOSEN AND ALLOW THE WHEEL TO BE PULLED OFF THE STEERING COLUMN RESULTING IN TOTAL LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
