STEERING SHAFT BINDER BOLTS ON CERTAIN VEHICLES ARE EITHER LOOSE OR OVER-TIGHTENED.

EITHER CONDITION CAN LEAD TO A SEPARATION OF THE STEERING SHAFT FROM THE STEERING COLUMN, EVEN IF THE FACTORY INSTALLED BOLT HAS BEEN PROPERLY RETIGHTENED.
