What’s wrong with it?

The notice gives no hazard in a field of its own.

BECAUSE OF AN IMPROPER STAMPING PROCEDURE DURING MANUFACTURE, DEFECTS EXIST WHICH PREVENT WASHERS FROM ROTATING ON SPINDLE.

IF THESE WASHERS ARE NOT REPLACED, AN EXCESSIVE CLEARANCE WILL RESULT, LEADING TO BEARING FAILURE.

IN EXTREME CASES THIS CAN RESULT IN SHEARING OF THE FRONT STUB AXLE.
