What’s wrong with it?

The notice gives no hazard in a field of its own.

A CLAMP MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON A FUEL HOSE LINE.

CONSEQUENTLY, THE RUBBER FUEL LINE COULD SEPARATE FROM THE METAL FUEL LINE, RESULTING IN LOSS OF FUEL TO THE ENGINE.

THUS THE ENGINE WOULD LOSE POWER AND STOP.
