What’s wrong with it?
The notice gives no hazard in a field of its own.
THE INVOLVED VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH SAFETY COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION LABELS AND INCOMPLETE VEHICLE DOCUMENTS THAT INDICATE THAT THE GROSS AXLE WEIGHT RATING (GAWR) IS APPROXIMATELY 0.6 TO 6.0 PERCENT GREATER THAN THE COMBINED LOAD CAPACITY OF THE TIRES AT THE SPECIFIED TIRE INFLATION PRESSURE.
THIS FAILS TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NOS. 120, “AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS”, AND 119, “NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS”, OR 109, “NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES”.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
