THE FILLER CAPS WHICH HAVE RELIEF PRESSURE VALVES INCORPORATED MAY ALLOW PRESSURE BUILD-UP IN THE GAS TANK.

THIS PRESSURE MAY BE GREATER THAN THE CLOSING PRESSURE OF THE FLOAT VALVE IN THE CARBURETOR, WHICH COULD CAUSE OVERFLOODING.
