The short answer

NHTSA received Evenflo Company, Inc.’s report on Sep 25, 2025. Copied from NHTSA on Oct 19, 2026.

Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.

What’s wrong with it?

Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury.

Evenflo Company, Inc.

(Evenflo) is recalling certain Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim child seats manufactured between December 1, 2022 and December 8, 2024.

Please refer to Evenflo’s recall report for specific model and color information.

The headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child, which can allow the child to pick off pieces of foam.

What the record doesn’t say

  • NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
  • Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
  • How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
