The short answer

NHTSA received Adaptive Mobility Systems Inc’s report on Jul 17, 2023. Copied from NHTSA on Oct 22, 2026.

Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.

What’s wrong with it?

A gasoline leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.

Adaptive Mobility Systems Inc. is recalling certain 2020-2023 Maxvan Pathway and 2021 Maxvan Route vehicles, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i and Onan QG 28001 EVAP generator sets.

The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the Injection Pump Module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.

What the record doesn’t say

  • NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
  • Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
  • How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
