What’s wrong with it?
Lights that fail to illuminate can reduce the vehicle’s visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Harbor Freight Tools (Harbor Freight) is recalling certain Kenway 17” LED Rear Tri-Marker Bar Running Lights, with part number 59657 and serial numbers 372382320 or 372382328.
During packaging, these lights may have been damaged, causing the lights to not illuminate.
As such, these lights fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”

- Which ones, by part or lot: the recall’s report on NHTSA’s site gives them where the maker did; this file gives part numbers only where its maker listed them.
