What’s wrong with it?
Reduced visibility from insufficiently bright headlights can increase the risk of a crash.
Eagle Eyes Traffic Ind.
Co., Ltd (Eagle Eyes) is recalling certain Eagle Eyes UPI aftermarket headlights with model numbers 31645 and 31646, sold as replacement headlights for Peterbilt 389 vehicles.
The headlights may not have the correct amount of light output, which can reduce visibility.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Which ones, by part or lot: the recall’s report on NHTSA’s site gives them where the maker did; this file gives part numbers only where its maker listed them.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
