What’s wrong with it?
Inoperable vehicle lighting can reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash.
Osage Industries, Inc.
(Osage) is recalling certain 2022 Ford E450 Super Warrior, F450 Warrior, and F550 Super Warrior emergency vehicles equipped with Weldon V-mux Hercules HC Node 1.5, with part number 6060-1000-00.
An additional resistor was inadvertently installed on the printed circuit board, which can disrupt CAN network communication and cause vehicle lighting to fail.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
