What’s wrong with it?
If too much voltage is applied to the unit and the circuit board becomes damaged, there would be an increased risk of a fire.
Firefly Integrations, LLC (Firefly) is recalling certain Multiplex G9 units used for controlling equipment and accessories in motorhomes.
These units can fail if excessive voltage is applied, causing the components on the board to become damaged.

What the record doesn’t say

- Which ones, by part or lot: the recall’s report on NHTSA’s site gives them where the maker did; this file gives part numbers only where its maker listed them.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
