What’s wrong with it?
An excessive heat build up can increase the risk of injury.
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019 Dutchmen Aspen Trail and Coleman recreational trailers, equipped with a Capital cooktop inside the unit as the main cooking appliance.
When the furnace is on, the cooktop flames may become inverted, which may lead to an excessive heat build up and a potential burn hazard.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
