What’s wrong with it?
If the wheel end separates from the axle, it can increase the risk of a crash.
Cush Corp is recalling certain suspension systems that use AXN Heavy Duty Trailer Axles, model numbers TA250T67E7658034 and TA250T67E7658035.
The wheel end nut locking device on these trailers may not have been properly installed, allowing the wheel end to separate from the axle.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Which ones, by part or lot: the recall’s report on NHTSA’s site gives them where the maker did; this file gives part numbers only where its maker listed them.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
