The short answer
NHTSA received Keystone RV Company’s report on Jun 25, 2018. Copied from NHTSA on Oct 19, 2026.
Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.
What’s wrong with it?
The incorrect rim designation on the label, can cause the operator to replace the rim with an incorrect rim size, increasing the risk of a crash.
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019 Keystone Summerland recreational trailers, model 2020QB.
The Federal Identification Label on these vehicles may indicate an incorrect tire rim size of 15X6, when the correct rim size is 15X5.
As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, “Certification” and can create a safety risk.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
