What’s wrong with it?
If the driver’s seat partially of fully disengages from the seat track in a rear-end crash, they have an increased risk of injury.
Mobility Ventures LLC (Mobility Ventures) is recalling certain 2011-2016 MV-1 vehicles.
During a hard rear impact, the driver’s seat-height adjustment assembly may disengage from the seat track and the fore/aft seat adjuster may be released, potentially causing the seat to disengage from the seat track.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
