What’s wrong with it?
If the fuse short circuits, the holder may overheat and melt, increasing the risk of a fire.
Transportation Collaborative, Inc.
(Transportation Collaborative) is recalling certain 2012-2017 Transtech Bus ST Aero, SST, CST, Horizon, and RoadStar transit buses equipped with Bus-Air air conditioning systems.
These air conditioning systems use a 30AMP in-line fuse that may short against the screw that secures the fuse holder.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
