What’s wrong with it?
If the bolt separates from the lock nut, the wheel assembly may detach from the chassis, increasing the risk of a crash.
Timberland Inc.
DBA Glacier (Glacier) is recalling certain model year 2016 Glacier 17 RV Explorer recreational trailers, models A612, A614 and A165, manufactured February 1, 2016, to November 1, 2016.
In the affected vehicles, the drop axle pivot pin retainer bolt may be too short for the locking nut to fully engage.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
