Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.
What’s wrong with it?
If the rubber grommet is not properly sealed and secured, there is an increased risk of propane leak and a fire.
Forest River, Inc.
(Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2017 Dynamax Isata motorhomes, models ISC24FWM, ISC24RWM, ISC35DBD and ISC36DSD, manufactured May 19, 2016, to October 19, 2016.
The affected vehicles may be missing a securing cable tie on the rubber grommet for the copper liquid propane (L.P.) gas line, allowing liquid propane to enter the cabin.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
