What’s wrong with it?
The owner of a vehicle with the incorrect axles could unknowingly overload the vehicle, possibly resulting in a loss of control or reduced braking distance, potentially increasing the risk of a crash.
Forest River, Inc.
(Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2017 Cedar Creek recreational trailers manufactured September 8, 2016, to September 19, 2016.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
