What’s wrong with it?
Brake drag may result in a wheel end fire.
West-Mark is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 Sugar Tank trailers manufactured October 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015 equipped with certain Haldex Life Seal Type 30/30 Long Stroke Air Brake Actuators.
The affected vehicles may experience brake drag due to an improperly seated diaphragm in the brake chamber.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
