The short answer

NHTSA received EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC’s report on Jan 22, 2016. Copied from NHTSA on Oct 26, 2026.

Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.

What’s wrong with it?

If carbon monoxide enters the cabin, occupants are at an increased risk of injury.

Evergreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC (Evergreen) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Amped and Amped Reactor recreational vehicles manufactured June 1, 2013, to August 31, 2015.

In the affected vehicles, the generator and generator pump may shift during transit, and as a result, carbon monoxide from the generator may fill the passenger cabin when the generator is running.

What the record doesn’t say

  • NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt. Owners’ complaints are counted on each vehicle’s page.
  • Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
  • How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
